Relating To Greenhouse Gas Emissions.

Abstract

Directs the Hawaii Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Commission to assess the effects of transportation in the tourism industry on climate change and publish a report of its findings. Appropriates moneys. (SB2977 HD1)
